It’s amazing what happens to a ball when you cut it using the pattern directions! Sorry Melly I think I’m “patterned challenged” your directions are awesome it’s me not you! LOL
This may also explain pointy headed bowling buddies. Who knew!
LOL Annie!!! I thought I had better put the fabric direction on the templates as I was worried about all of the rugby balls out there!! LOL. As a rule of thumb all patterns should be cut that way on the fabric to get the correct shape - it is amazing how much fabric stretched when stuffed - gotta make it work for you. Glad you got it sorted in the end!! They are utterly adorable as is your Dahlia!!!!!!!!!!!!
